About Sound Healing
Sounds are known to help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment (the synchronization of organisms to an external rhythm). Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to.
By using rhythm and frequency, binaural beats, etc., we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
This same concept is utilized in meditation by regulating the breath, but with sound it’s the frequency that is the agent which influences this shift.
About our Sound Healing Headsets
To enhance our Zenmix wellness event, we use wireless headphone technology to create a truly unique event experience for our participants. Our Sound Healing Headset, a LED wireless RF three channels device, allows each participant to access up to three different audio channels simultaneously to stream live sounds from our wireless microphones, DJs, music pre-recordings, video presentations, etc.
With these headsets, we can enhance our Zenmix wellness events on many dimensions as well as bring our Zenmix wellness events into any settings without disrupting the surroundings such as parks, unique event spaces, festivals, backyards, yachts, conference halls, and beyond.
We have trained sound engineers on-site at all of our events to install the transmitters, ensure all equipment is working properly, and resolve any transmitter interference issues. Our sound engineers will also mix the sound and microphone, work with the DJ’s inputs/outputs, run cabling, and manage all of the audio portion of our Zenmix Silent event.
